In the Golden Cabinet (《金匮要略》) tradition, sexual taxation jaundice (女勞疸) is a disease/condition described in the Essential Prescriptions (金匮要略, ch.15); here 'sexual taxation' (女劳) classically denotes sexual/physical overexertion (房劳), not a modern clinical entity. It is named by a blackened forehead, slight sweating, feverish palms and soles, onset toward dusk, urinary urgency, and free urination.
