In the Cold Damage (《伤寒论》) tradition, visceral bind (藏結) is a disorder described in the Treatise on Cold Damage (伤寒论, clause 128) — resembling chest bind in presentation but distinguished by preserved appetite, intermittent diarrhea, and a slippery white tongue coating. A historical disease-category for reference, not a diagnostic or treatment guide.
