蛞蝓咸，寒，无毒。清热祛风、消肿解毒，治筋脉拘挛、惊痫、脱肛、痈肿丹毒、热疮肿痛。古载主轶筋及脱肛、惊痫挛缩，疗肿毒焮热、热疮肿痛，即今蜒蚰之类。
